For years, I experienced what I now call my PhD in stress — navigating emotional, financial, and physical challenges that left me overwhelmed and on the edge of burnout.
That experience gave me a clear insight: in both life and work, unmanaged stress doesn’t just impact individuals — it impacts performance, communication, and culture.
It also led me to one question: how do we create environments where people can think clearly, communicate well, and thrive under pressure?
That question became the foundation of my work in communication, mindset, and behavioural change.
